MEMBERSHIP FEES 2025

All membership categories are open-ended, members are invoiced yearly until the member resigns in writing.
Our financial year starts the 1st of January until the 31st of December.

All membership fees are payable on or before the 31st of December. All members resigning after the 31st of December will be liable to pay the HNA Card & GNGU Affiliation fees as well as a prorate rate on membership fees for the period lapsed after the 1st of January.

MEMBERSHIP FEES 2025

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. Once off payment for the total yearly membership fees, via EFT, Card, Cash or SGC Voucher.
2. Monthly instalments (for less than or equal to the remaining months until membership yearend December) – All Members will be required to sign the SGC debit order form.  The HNA Card & GNGU Affiliation fees will be added to the first instalment.

SUNDAY TO FRIDAY MEMBERSHIP:

When choosing the Sunday to Friday membership keep in mind that it is for a fixed term of 12 months. This membership category is still open ended until the member chooses to resign, and it is required in writing. Should the member not resign before the 31^st of December the member will be held accountable for the complete 12-month period.

ADDITIONAL FEES (OPTIONAL):

• Handicap Card @ R310.00p/ year
• Gauteng North Golf Union Affiliation @ R640.00 p/year

(Please note that if you would like to be affiliated with Services Golf Club for the duration of the above-mentioned periods both the HNA card and GNGU Affiliation Total:  R770.00 will be payable)

MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

1. HNA Card & GNGU Affiliation is payable upfront (if member chooses to be affiliated with Services GC)
2. The HNA Card & GNGU Affiliation fees are payable to the governing bodies on the 31^st of December of every year.  Thus, if the membership contract overlaps into the following financial year, members will be required to inform Services Golf Club at least 5days prior to the 31^st of December, if they would like to be affiliated for the following financial year or not.  If the member should choose to keep his / her affiliation, the HNA Card & GNGU Affiliation fees will then again be payable.  The amount payable is subject to change in accordance to the increases from the governing bodies.  If the member fails to inform Services Golf Club of his / her decision, the fees will automatically be charged to the members account.
3. Fees are subject to change with the start of each SGC financial year (starting the 01^st of January).
4. Members on a fixed term contract overlapping the start of our financial year will not be affected by the increase.
5. The membership rates are valid from the 01^st of January to the 31^st of December.  Members applying after the 01^st of October will pay the increased rates from the 01^st of January.
6. Please note that all golf games are subject to availability.  If members play on a competition day (Public Holidays / Wednesday Competitions), and would like to take part in the competition, members will be required to pay the competition fee at the Pro Shop.  The competition fee is normally R20.00 but may vary from time to time depending on the competition type.
